Reasonable drug prices!

I called today to find out actual expiration dates of the medications my disabled, elderly mother takes. I initially asked what each of the 4 dates meant on the bottle, and if they were synonymous with the "discard by" dates provided by other pharmacies. I was told everything but what I asked, and was told by the clerk (tech?) after trying to clarify my question multiple times, "I don't have time for this." I then asked to speak to a pharmacist who was not only condescending, but told me my elderly mother's co-pay was only $_____. I surely didn't ask to have anyone judge the frugally of my elderly mother's co-pay, and find it wildly inappropriate that you insinuate that this small amount should be an issue. I did explain that in her confusion, she has lost prescriptions, and would have to pay FULL price for a refill if it was to soon to have a refill. I would use some of the ELEVEN bottles of old prescriptions if I knew the expiration date accurately. I had a legitimate question, yet I was spoken to as if I was imposing on their time. I am a registered nurse, when I dispense medication from the ER to take home after hours, the medication must be labeled with the exact expiration date on the label that I write. When I said this to the pharmacist he replied "Well, I am a registered Pharmacist." No thanks, I won't recommend, frequent, or neglect to share my bad experience with anyone and everyone. While I cannot do this professionally, I can certainly spread the word in my social circle. I don't know who owns this pharmacy, but if your calls are recorded, I would suggest you go back and review this. March 8, 2017 at approximately 11:30AM. If I treated my patients this way, I would lose my job. More importantly if I treated patients this way, I should re-examine my suitability for my job in serving the sick.

Staff was very helpful in filling Rx for me and even helped out with some tourist info. Nice place, nice people.

Pharmacy is very slow. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or if they just do not have the space they need or if it is because it is the only pharmacy in the county.
